SITRONICS TS is an established developer and producer of solutions mainly for the telecommunications sector. The company has been active in the information telecommunications technology (ICT) market since 1993. Since its incorporation the company has concentrated on development in three main product areas:
- Network switching systems
- Telecom Business and Operational Support systems
- Utilities metering and billing systems
SITRONICS TS now offers the following product families in these areas:

- UTILIS - Integrated metering and billing solution for utility providers
This product portfolio places SITRONICS TS in a unique position amongst ICT vendors in that our products can be seamlessly combined in order to provide end-to-end solutions which meet the exact needs of all types of telecommunications operators and service providers. A typical example is the FORIS NG real-time convergent billing solution combined with the MEDIO 2.0 Online Charging Platform, a solution which enables operators to provide the same services for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers from a single, united platform.
The best trait of all SITRONICS TS products is scalability; our customers include Tier 1 operators such as MTS and MGTS in Russia and Vodafone Czech Republic, but also smaller, alternative operators such as 01058 Telecom (Callax) in Germany and ČEZnet in the Czech Republic. In order to fulfill the requirements of operators of all sizes with diverse business models, we develop our products in order to provide solutions for operators with tens of thousands of subscribers as well as for operators such as MTS with over 50 million subscribers.
Services
SITRONICS TS has great experience in deploying solutions in very diverse business and network environments and has drawn on this know-how for devising our comprehensive Professional and Managed Services portfolio to maximise the value of our products and solutions. Professional services include, for example, consulting on the transformation from TDM to NGN, for which we also offer business consulting. Managed services include outsourcing of call centres, billing systems and/or operational support systems. SITRONICS TS also provides training programmes in the field of telecommunications technology, which we provide as an integral part of our product delivery or as a separate commercial product.
EMS
In addition to developing and delivering telecommunications solutions, we also produce products for other sectors of industry. Our production facilities in Zelenograd, Russia and Votice, Czech Republic offer contract production of electro-mechanical components. These production facilities are equipped with the very latest technology. In addition to electro-mechanical production and SMT assembly, our manufacturing facilities perform thorough testing of third party products. The purchasing department ensures procurement of the very best quality materials and components at advantageous prices, while the logistics department provides storage and door-to-door delivery services, including arrangement of insurance and all customs formalities.
Utilities
Another area of the company's activities is the development and delivery of solutions for the utilities sector. UTILIS Automated Real-Time Meter Management is an integrated solution that unites the utility provider's meter network and ERP/CRM systems. The solution features a wide range of Quality & Fault Management, Network Operation, Revenue Assurance, Real-Time Rating and Business Analysis functions. UTILIS can also be fully integrated with the utility's Trouble Ticketing and GIS systems. UTILIS is not restricted by any meter vendor or utility type. UTILIS provides Automated Real-Time Meter Management functionalities and Utility Operations Support Systems in a fully-integrated solution.
