SITRONICS Telecom Solutions and the Mobile TeleSystems JLLC, Belarus, announce the full launch of FORIS SCP to revenue service
FORIS SCP provides an opportunity to bring into effect such aims as online service charging which helps the operators to avoid subscribers' accounts debts, and also to enhance the range of service offer.
The first equipment supply contract for MTS Belarus was made in April 2005, and then in November the integration of SCP into MTS network started. In June 2006 the Company specialists started migration of the first test subscribers. From 2007 migration of MTS subscribers to SCP started on a mass scale: in May 2007 1100 numbers were migrated, in June - 60 000, and by October 2007 the number of subscriber grew up to 150 000. Now SCP serves more than 500 000 subscribers of MTS Belarus.
Denis Pyatakov, the head of SITRONICS Telecom Solutions subsidiary in Belarus, says: "Thanks to professionalism and consistent work of SITRONICS TS team - the employees of Belarusian, Russian and Czech offices - the most important project stage was successfully completed".

Tatyana Dylevich, the head of IT management of JLLC MTS says: "The implementation of the new FORIS billing system and MEDIO SCP/IN system in JLLC MTS started in April 2005. In December 2006 FORIS billing system was taken to service and in July 2007 the subscriber base migration to FORIS system was completed. The implementation of MEDIO SCO/IN system was provided simultaneously and completed in September 2008. It was consistent cooperation of customer's and project executor's teams that ensured the successful implementation of such complex systems. The systems are currently developed; SITRONICS elaborates the new more sophisticated functional that will satisfy the exacting demands of Mobile TeleSystems's business.
