All materials displayed on these web pages (hereinafter referred to as the "web pages"), including all documents, graphics and the general appearance of the web pages, are subject to copyright. The purpose of the web pages is exclusively to support the business activity of the company SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the "administrator"). Access to the web pages and use of the web pages is subject to all valid and effective legal provisions, by which the users of the web pages are obliged to abide. Any person making use of the web pages automatically becomes a user of the web pages (hereinafter referred to as a "user"). In addition to the obligations ensuing from the relevant legal provisions, by using the web pages the user accepts the conditions stipulated herein without reservation. The user is not authorised to use materials of which the web pages are composed, and which are protected by copyright in a manner contrary to the purpose of the web pages. The user is not authorised under any circumstances to use materials of which the web pages are composed, and which are protected by copyright beyond the scope stipulated by the relevant legal provisions on "licence restriction" outlined in the Czech Copyright Act. Provision of any personal data via the web pages is voluntary. By providing any personal data via the web pages, the user expresses consent that such data shall be used by the administrator for the purpose of the web pages for a period of ten years, in which period the administrator is authorised in accordance with the purpose of the web pages to forward the relevant personal data to another administrator of personal data, and in this is not restricted to the states of the European Union. Personal data collected by means of the web pages shall be gathered only to the extent to which it is provided by users via the web pages.
