SITRONICS TS produces a wide range of communications equipment and information systems. Traditionally SITRONICS TS's largest market has been Russia and the CIS where the company is engaged in extensive on-going, large-scale projects. Language Training
SITRONICS TS provides foreign language courses for its employees and considers them to be one of the basic non-financial benefits provided by the company. Our company requires language training due to its multi-cultural composition: There are 15 nationalities and approximately half of employees work in the Czech Republic and almost the other half work in Russia, therefore English, Russian and Czech for foreigners courses are provided.
Other training
The company provides all training that is required by law, such as Health and Safety in the Workplace and Fire Prevention as specified by clause 50/1978 of the law on 'Specialised Competencies'. For new employees we provide an introductory seminar and technical training about the company's products.
Preventative Healthcare
Preventative healthcare is provided to employees by the private clinic SANTE s.r.o. The clinic has surgeries in Pštrosova 24, Prague 1, Želetavská 9, Prague 4, and Kodaňská 46, Prague 10. In addition to its own surgeries, SANTE clients also have access to a network of over 150 contractual doctors throughout the Czech Republic.
