Typical process of the selection procedure:

  • Interview with the line manager
  • Interview with an HR representative
  • Test of the candidate's professional knowledge
  • Eventual check of the candidate 's knowledge of a foreign language (dependent on position).
The selected candidate receives a binding employment offer from our company
