Benefits

We are fully aware that employee benefits are an important part of employee remuneration.

We know that our employees have different preferences and therefore we have prepared a benefit package for them. Thus they can select those benefits which best fit their needs.

Benefits are divided into:

  • Basic - e.g. meal tickets, five weeks of holiday, etc.
  • Optional - e.g. holiday allowance, cultural events allowance, sport allowance, etc.
Benefits are an indirect form of remuneration and form part of the total compensation programme. Our benefits make work more pleasant and employees can use them for their spare time.
