Benefits
We are fully aware that employee benefits are an important part of employee remuneration.
We know that our employees have different preferences and therefore we have prepared a benefit package for them. Thus they can select those benefits which best fit their needs.
Benefits are divided into:
- Basic - e.g. meal tickets, five weeks of holiday, etc.
- Optional - e.g. holiday allowance, cultural events allowance, sport allowance, etc.
